Terms of service
- Service Agreement
By booking a service with Annie’s Cleaning Services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
- Booking and Scheduling
- Appointments must be booked at least 24 to 48 hours in advance.
- Rush or same-day services may be available for an additional charge. are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, illness, etc.).
- Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (e.g., 50% of the service price).
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the service price will be charged.
- Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or online payment.
- Invoices can be issued upon request.
- Access to the Property
- The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.
- If the venue cannot be accessed at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will return at no additional charge to resolve the issue.
- This guarantee does not apply if the area was in extreme conditions or if unreasonable expectations were set.
- Health and Safety
- We use safe, professional cleaning products.
- We do not clean hazardous materials.
- For safety reasons, pets are requested to be restrained during the service. (We can agree on this.)
- Liability
- Annie’s Cleaning Services is insured, but is not responsible for pre-existing damage or natural wear and tear.
- Please inform us in advance about fragile or high-value items.
- Privacy
- All client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
- We may take photos for promotional purposes only with the client’s written consent.
